What happens next?

  1. Check your payment receipt.Paystack will send a receipt to the email address used for payment.
  2. Wait for appointment confirmation.We will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to agree and confirm your session date and time.
  3. Complete the confidential forms.We will send the correct intake and consent documents privately. Please do not send detailed clinical information through Paystack.
  4. Receive your session instructions.After confirmation, you will receive the session details and any preparation guidance.
Please note: Payment does not reserve a particular time until Counselling Wellnessz sends you an appointment confirmation.
